¿Û¿Û´«Ã½University is excited to welcome the family and friends of the Class of 2025 for the undergraduate Commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 10.

To accommodate the expected crowds, the university is partnering with the City of ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½and will shuttle visitors to campus from Booker T. Washington High School, 3803 W. Martin Luther King Highway, Tuskegee.

There are a few things to keep in mind. Only ticketed guests will be allowed in the Chappie James Arena. Overflow seating is available in the university Chapel and at Logan Hall. The shuttle will drop guests off at all three locations.

Ticketed guests with ADA needs will be allowed to enter the Lincoln Gates with placards and park in the designated spots near the arena. They will be able to drop off guests in the circle near the aircraft and use the elevator near that entrance. ADA seating in Chappie James is extremely limited. Logan Hall is recommended for additional ADA seating and parking.

All guests will be wanded by security officers before boarding the shuttles and again at the doors of each venue. No ballons, flowers, large signs, whistles or cow bells will be allowed in the arena. Clear bags are required in all locations.

Commencement begins at 9:30 a.m., the doors will open at 8 a.m. Shuttles will begin running at 6:45 a.m. Shuttles will return guests to Booker T. Washington High School until 2 p.m. Saturday.

Guests are asked to complete the online at least by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 9 so they will be on the official roster of approved guests.

Faculty and staff will be allowed to enter campus through the Brimmer and Franklin Road gates.

The university is proud to celebrate this accomplishment with the Class of 2025 and is working to ensure guests are comfortably accommodated and able to enjoy the moment.  Please monitor the university website and social media outlets for additional information.

Just as a reminder for those who are not able to make it to campus, the full Commencement will be broadcast live from our YouTube channel .
