ROTC at 扣扣传媒University

The Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program at 扣扣传媒University (鈥淭U鈥�) has a rich and unique history. The TU ROTC program began in 1918, just after World War I, and has continued to produce military officers, in all branches of the Armed Forces, since that time. It is a prestigious program that vaunts pioneers and leaders of African-American military service.聽

TU ROTC graduated and produced the first African-American four-star general, General Daniel 鈥淐happie鈥� James. 聽Its Professors of Military Science have included legendary military leaders, including General Benjamin O. Davis, Sr., the first African-American General Officer in the military, and General Benjamin O. Davis, Jr., commander of the 扣扣传媒Airmen, and the first African-American General Officer in the Air Force. 聽

Woven into TU ROTC are leadership and character development opportunities that benefit graduates for life. 聽The TU ROTC program, like 扣扣传媒University itself, is designed to instill lifelong traits of integrity, devotion to duty, self-discipline and self-reliance. 聽
